With your help, we help.

Star Project is an annual effort that aids individuals and families in need of necessities like food and toiletries.

Since 2012, I have worked with St. John The Compassionate Mission and with Greek Orthodox Family Services and Counselling to provide for families and individuals they represent through Star Project. Recipients vary in need from people who have been newly diagnosed with cancer, abused women, low income individuals and families and newcomers from Greece. Please pray for suffering souls like these. We place our Star Project tree at Panayia Church annually. Please contact me if you would like a tree placed in your establishment.

You can help by "Liking" our Facebook page, by spreading the word about Star Project and by contributing a donation of any size. Item, gift card (to supermarkets) or clothing donations can also be arranged by contacting me.

Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014 So much care and generosity from the parishioners of The Annunciation of The Virgin Mary Cathedral on Sorauren Avenue! The love that went into the wrapping of these gifts is really touching.	Transporting Gifts Outside The Annunciation of The Virgin Mary Church on December 7th, 2014. Having just collected gifts from under the tree, and having had three helpers in addition to myself carry them into this filled up hatchback, the gifts are being transported to the sorting area where they'll be put in the proper family bags and prepped for special delivery!	Special Delivery! Here I have arrived at Orthodox Family Services at Metamorphosis with your donated gifts. Many thanks to a strong volunteer and the help of the ladies inside for the much needed help carrying many heavy bags of gifts in!
